Business Region Skaraborg offers a free, customized and confidential service to companies that want to establish or expand in and of Scandinavia's most exciting regions.. We work with and for our municipalities to match Skaraborg's strengths to find the most optimal solutions to those looking for a place to invest, set up or expand their business.
Our mission is to support you
Business Region Skaraborg is a driving force for investment promotion and business development throughout Skaraborg. We work on a commercial basis to attract new businesses and enable the expansion of existing businesses in one of Scandinavia's most exciting future regions.
Collaboration is key
Business Region Skaraborg started as a project in 2018, when Skaraborg's 15 municipalities saw a need to jointly focus their work on developing investment promotion. The project objectives was and the organization is now a permanent activity under the auspices of Skaraborgs Kommunalförbund. To show the journey that has been made, we have together created a film that summarizes the joint work and what has been important for Skaraborgs success, where the key is collaboration. By linking arms and coordinating the promotion of investment we have been able to clearly demonstrate that together we become both stronger and reach further!
Together we create success
We are part of the Skaraborg Municipal Association which is the platform for the joint sub-regional development work of Skaraborg's 15 municipalities. We are also a regional partner to Business Sweden and thus part of Sweden's national investment promotion team.
By coordinating and proactively marketing Skaraborg's opportunities to the outside world, we create together with our 15 municipalities, Region Västra Götaland, collaborating partners and actors a showcase and an ease for the customer to see what we as a region have to offer.
