The site is owned by Götene municipality and is zoned for industry. The area has an attractive location close to the E20. The area is directly adjacent to highway 44 and is only a stone's throw away from the E20. Lundängen västra offers about 35,000 m² for development divided into two areas. The eastern part is about 23,000 m² and the western part is about 12,000 m². The detailed plan allows buildings with a building height of 9 meters. There is the possibility of establishing activities in warehousing/logistics, trade and small industry.
