The site is privately owned and will be detailed planned in accordance with an approved decision. It is located near road 200 just outside Moholm, where there is a railway connection. Additional land for industry is planned adjacent to the area. In addition, there are raw water resources approximately one kilometer from the site.
Töreboda municipality is characterised by its many manufacturing industries and by the Göta Canal, which winds its way through most of the municipality. Linked to the canal is also a lively tourist industry. New large areas to enable industrial establishments are currently being developed by Töreboda municipality.
