The site is owned by the Municipality of Lidköping and is zoned for industrial use. It is located in an existing industrial area, 10 minutes from downtown Lidköping, directly adjacent to Route 184. The site currently covers a total of 100,000 m², divided into several smaller plots. Thanks to its location along the road, the site offers excellent visibility.
Lidköping is characterized by its differentiated business community and location on Lake Vänern. Among other things, there are several industrial companies focused on food production and machine manufacturing.
