The site is owned by Falköping municipality and is zoned for industry. The site is located on the outskirts of Floby, just off road 181 which offers connections to the E20 and national road 47. From the site, a truck can reach the Skaraborg Logistic Center, which offers sustainable transport via rail, in less than 20 minutes. In Floby there is a railway station used for passenger traffic by both SJ and Västtrafik.
Falköping is the southernmost municipality in Skaraborg. It has Sweden's oldest cultivated landscape, and agriculture and forestry are still influential industries here.
