The site is divided into two parts and is partly owned by Falköping municipality, partly by private owners, and is zoned for industry. The site is located on the outskirts of Floby, just off road 181 which offers connections to the E20 and national road 47. From the site, a truck can reach the Skaraborg Logistic Center, which offers sustainable transport via rail, in less than 20 minutes. Floby has a railway station used for passenger traffic by both SJ and Västtrafik.
Falköping municipality has a wide range of industries, including automotive, IT and mechanical engineering. In recent years, the number of companies based in rural areas has increased, mainly in the food and hospitality sectors.
